The next installment in the F1 racing game franchise

F1 22 is a premium racing title developed by Codemasters for PC. It's the latest installment in the popular formula 1 game franchise, F1, and was made for the 2022 FIA Formula One World Championship. Players can expect newly redesigned cars and changes to the game rules.

Compared to F1 2021, F1 22 will take on a new season for players to participate in and experience. This time around, they will be able to test their skills in the new Miami International Autodrome. The game is available for prepurchase, with a planned release date of July 1, 2022.

A new season comes

F1 is one of the longest-running racing game franchises in the industry ever, having released its first title back in 2000. Since then, it has put out a new one every year to coincide with a new racing season of the sport in real life. It has become the de facto choice for any fan who wants to experience an immersive, detailed, and authentic Formula 1 gameplay experience.

F1 22 brings a new season and the choice of 20 drivers and 10 teams to choose from as you test your skills in the Miami International Autodrome. Take on the acclaimed 10-year Career Mode, and speed your way up the ranks. Keep your feet to the ground and immerse yourself in cinematic Formation Laps and Safety Car Periods, Interactive Pit Stops, as well as the new Sprint Races.

What's more, the game introduces a new My Team game mode, wherein you can build your own racing team from the ground up. As mentioned earlier, the game is not yet available, but you can opt to prepurchase it right now. If you decide to do so, you will be awarded various bonuses, including additional game content, a starter pack, and even a three-day early access pass.
